After-sales Service

I. Customer Service Department (CSD), employees trained and instructed by Noblelift key engineers, technicians and service personnel.  Functions of the CSD: 1. Deal with customer complaints through 8D process; 2. When needed, arrange a service tour to the customer at a proper time, offer service, repair or product training.


II. Spare parts rapid supply: other than the parts coming from Noblelift China, we also have spare parts stock in California and Germany for the European customers, this helps resolve urgent needs and allows quick support. The contact information are listed below:
